If they worked before you replaced the battery they may have to be reprogrammed to the transmitter.

Your dog needs to be conditioned to the collar before it is shocked. To many people put the collar on, either shock or bark and shock the dog right away. Sure a dog is going to associate the shocking to the collar. Put the collar on and take it of without shocking the dog for at least a week before ...

There should be name and part number on the side of the shock. You can Google it and see who sells them. I found mine on Amazon.

Before you tone or shock get your dog use to the collar first. Put it on leave it for couple hours. Take off for a couple hours and than put it back. Do this for a week so the dog doesn't know it's the collar shocking or toning. This way you won't have a collar wise dog.

From what I have read 200 yds. tell you that it is antenna problem. When your the problem occurs push the dog button and click on the collar that has the problem. You will see the collar page that shows detail of the collar. It will show battery, GPS, and communication. You will be able to tell what...

When I bring home a new pup I give it for at least 30 days at 1/4 teaspoon per gallon.
