I used it for a while and then went to IAMS when they decided to pull their sponsorship of HSUS.

I liked it but get similar results from the IAMS at a cheaper price.

A friend of mine that lives close to Indy took an older hound and turned him into a great pup trainer and gun dog. Sometimes he runs into trees and even my friend, but that might have a little to do with the fact that the dog is blind. This hound was a house dog, over a year old, questionabl...

Dave, Yes! My female has been in heat so I have been a little limited. I am planning on going Thursday morning the 23rd and maybe that evening as well. My girl should be ready to go by then. My male has stopped sniffing around just this week. A friend told me where to go up in Pigeon River (where we...

Pro-Gun Internet Service!!!!!

Hey Guys and Gals, I just read something awesome in the American Hunter magazine. Many of us assume that the internet provider we use may not support the sports of hunting and shooting, but worse our internet prOviders may be avid anti-gun supporters. Perhaps someone on here could get more detailed ...

Indian Creek

Could anyone tell me about Indian Creek breeding? I have done a couple searches on the board and came up empty. I was wondering about their speed, type of mouth, size etc.

Also, how big was/is Damron's Halftrack? Heard alot about him but not about his size.

Thanks guys and gals,

TNBeagle...LOL. My four kids, wife, and mother-in-law are already smarter than I am. It's kinda nice being able to outwit my hounds...most of the time.

Blue, Thanks. I had an idea that might be a problem but it was nice to have it verified.

P.S. Bev sent me a few back copies while I was there and it was very nice reading articles by the guys that I see on the board everyday.

P.S.S. The post office has been giving boxes to military families for shipping. If you don't have one to use they may let you have one at the post office.

Herald, I have contact information for the base where I was stationed. Something that you could do is send them to the Chaplain's office. They usually know all the troops and some have magazine stands that they would put them on for the whole base to see. I think it's an awesome idea. Shoot me an e-...

Mixing Mouths

Let's go with the old story problem format form math class. If my buddies dogs run a strong medium-fast style but run a pretty clean line, and my dogs run a solid medium and tend to be tight-mouthed, who's dogs will win the race to the rabbit? Seriously though, what kind of problems will you i...

Danger Bunny

Danger Bunny, AKA Harebrain Hopper, AKA The-rabbit-that-doens't-have the-good-sense-to-stay-out-of-my-backyard, died a premature death last night at the hands of one Gypsy Meg. Apparently, Danger Bunny (who was about one year of age), had heard the tail of Peter Cottontail one too many times, and th...

Got my first comfrimed over the pups (8 months) this weekend in KY! Wife babied these dogs while I was in Qatar and they were afraid of leaves a month ago. They were belly crawling through brush like Army commandos on Saturday. If they didn't see the bunny they would tongue for a mile and a h...

IN-KY Dog hauling

Going to Pineville, KY the day after Turkey Day. I have room for one dog or two pups. They'll be inside a minivan so conditions will be good. I am going to visit family so the cost is cheap for you...free! I'll be leaving Fort Wayne, IN and taking I-75 from Dayton on down to Corbin, KY. My cell is 2...
