Gee, I wish I'd known you when I got my first beagle 6 years ago. I never had so much trouble housetraining a dog - in all my (then) 60 years. I've learned a lot about beagles in those 6 years - but am always ready to try something new. I'm currently owned by 8 adults and a litter of 8 week old pupp...

Being a 67 year old "about to be retired" grandma, I don't run or hunt my beagles. But I do think Mojave Desert does both - Tanna was in field trials when I got him 2 years ago.

I'm new here - and am NOT sure if this is what you wanted to know, but Mojave Desert Beagles has "Awful Bawllin Agnes" - who is IFC, I have one of her sons - Mojave Desert Santana - who makes awesome babies. I have a litter of 3 now - out of a tiny "show champ" girl. Both of "Tanna's" parents are IF...
