Working on a pup pen, about 4 acres. Just curious as to the best way to "stretch' the wire. I am putting 2 strands of high tensil wire, one on the top and one on the bottom. Is it better to pull the wire to stretch it or just attatch to the existing strands of wire with rings, pulling hand tight ?? ...
