Re: Congrads Danny
Congratulations Danny and Bandit! A true champion and rabbit dog is what you own. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, you are the feeding him. You should be proud.

Congratulations Danny. I told you size doesn't matter. At least not when it comes to rabbit dogs.

Re: FC Pinnacle Hill Sport or NrFc Howards Bandit
Sport is a very nice hound and Roy is a good guy. I think the reason why not alot of people saw him run was because when he got on his roll, in the trials, he finished quickly and Roy didn't run him much after that.

Re: Looking for a 13" Stud
Man Ron, Chilli is huge. Who measured him? Oh, he is standing on a bigger crate. LOL
All joking aside, he is a true 13 incher. Couldn't go wrong with him or any of the above mentioned dogs. See you in about a month. Doug.

Bout 6 wks. You should see something by then. I ran one in a trial at 5 weeks. She came in third, had 10 pups and raised everyone.

Re: Looking for a 13" Stud
Thanks for the compliment Chris. Whitey is an exceptional dog. Like you said he is small for 15" male. Brian, if you are interested in breeding to Whitey, shoot me a pm. If not, it would be hard to beat FC Eyers Little Roscoe, runner up Better Beagling 13" male and midwest 13" male of the year. He i...

Re: AKC measuring at Jessamine Co.
You were not called out. No reason to. Seems to me alot of people make judgements that haven't been down that road. Sorry you took personal offense to my opinion. And I don't do feet, especially one's that have judged over 100 trials.

Re: AKC measuring at Jessamine Co.
There are many judges that "volunteer." They refuse payment or give it back to the club. Even if they are paid it is a drop in the bucket compared to expenses and the physical aches and pains they go thru. They do it because they enjoy it. Some of them even run in the off season so they are physical...

Re: AKC measuring at Jessamine Co.
If Bandit is as good as he seems to be, and he must be, he should finish in the 15" class. I just finished one that measured between 13 1/8 to 14 1/4. He was a second or third dog speed wise but turned better then the rest. And yes those measurements were correct, over an inch difference in the year...
