Garmin told me that they were going to give me a download to try out to see if it fixes the freeze up problems. If it works they will release it!

Anyone getting these problems fixed?
I haven't heard anything from them in quite a while!!

I called to see if there was any progress and the guy told me the same thing. He said there is a new update to fix this problem. All excited I rush to check for updates and it says I have the most current available.
I have the 3.10 and battery save is off! Sure didn't fix my problems!

They finally emailed me and requested I download my xml files off of my handheld and send them to product support. I seen errors on the files as I downloaded them. I am starting to think maybe it has something to do with a defective collar!
I ran two dogs tonight and put around 6.5 miles on and had no issues. At first the screen kind of hesitated a little but was fine after.
Maybe I should try to update again!

This thing is freezing up every time out now!
It is really ticking me off!!

I try to stay somewhat close to them most of the time.
I haven't had any issue with loosing signal out to 600 yards.

Wow, I can't believe that nobody else out there is having any troubles.
They sent me a brand new one (not reconditioned) and out of five times out it locked up and shut down four times!!!!
For the price of these you would think they would just work properly. OR FIX THE ISSUE!!!!!!!!

I updated and master reset hand held and all collars. Ran last night for three hours with no problem. Tonight I ran for two hours and it shut down on me again. Very frustrated!!
