Thanks for the comments on my hound freeholler... I feel lucky to have her here.....I am very impressed what I have seen so far with her...Of course she comes from some very very good hounds out of this bloodline.We need to keep the tracks on them to get them right. I am planning to trial her to see...

I think it has alot to do with the owner or handler of the hound....WHY i think so is some people chase the RED in pedigrees so this automaticlly means these hounds are gonna be world beaters or top notch hounds??????Because of all the FC's in the pedigree. I had a female recently that did not come in for her first heat cycle until she was 15 months old....Freeholler put some vick's on her and letem roll.WELL thats what i do anyway and have not had a bit of trouble to this point....But i guess there is always a chance of something happing when you take...

Ruger is almost 2 yrs old in another month.My female(Velvet) had this litter and the owner of the pup is my daughter with me co-owner we are planning on trialing her hope it works out.

No running for us freeholler in this part of Va,We got 13 in of this mess it is deeper than my hounds are tall

We were hunting yesterday and one of mine came up lame.When i got to the house gave her some meds and i actually had to carry her to the box.This morning she was up and walking around good like no problems.I thought she was dehydrated but no signs and cramping up.Not sure at this point what happened...

I just talked with him about an hour ago on the phone.He is doing well,we have a cross made with ruger & velvet and pups are due early Sept.I will tell him you were asking about him.
