Do you have any pics of this dog. Will it run it's own Hare? I just ran dogs today on about 18 inches of snow.

Looking for a Beagle that is over 15 inches must have plenty of foot and a nose to match. grade or papered makes no difference.

14 inch male whelped 1 Sept 2002. Med/Fast. I have to many dogs and not enough time to run them all. Blue will jump and run his own rabbit or run in a pack. I would let them establish there own pecking order as long as neither is really getting hurt. If it's a persistant problem I would put a stomping on the bully dog he would not soon forget.

TOUCHSTONE, you are right about teaching the task first and ensuring that the task has been learned before you can think about correcting the dog. We need to be consistant when training. Dogs are like kids in a sense. If you give them an inch they will take a foot.
