Beagle Pain Syndrome

My two year old was recently diagnosed with Beagle Pain Syndrome. If you do not know about this disease, it is basically serious inflamation of the joints with severe pain. My dog had symptoms in her hind quarters. Other will find swelling near the neck more commonly, but any joints can be affected....

How do I fix my dogs pads?

My dog's pads seem very dry. They are splitting and fraying. Some of them look like old leather.

I feed California Natural, which is awesome, so I'm not worried about her receiving nutrients, proteins, fats, etc... I feel the cheap shampoo dried her out and now I want to restore moisture to her skin. Her coat is getting better after two days of oil added to her food. So hopefully that will fix ...

Suggestions for a decent collar

Looking for a shock collar for my dog. I don't want to break the bank, but I want something that will do the job. Can you find anything for around a $100?

How to protect ears from briars, etc... while running?

My dog gets pretty cut up while hunting. The other day we came home and the inside of her ear was oozing a clear liquid and it eventually scabbed up. She is fine, but I would like to protect her if possible. Any suggestions?

found a lump near nipple - help

I found a small lump (about the size of a pea) near my pups (1.5 yr old) front nipple. The lump is actually between two nipples, and doesn't give her any pain when touched. It is also soft and appears to attached to bottom of her skin. It does not appear to be attached to her muscle tissue. Any thou...

Thank you for all the input. She doesn't do this often, but when she does, she is stubborn. Come to think of it, I have never met a beagle that isn't stubborn lol...

This is actually a good response. She will listen to the 'leave it' command, but she is stubborn sometimes.

Dog bites while taking things away?

I have a one year old female that is a great dog. She is very loveable and doesn't have a mean bone in her, but dont try to take anything away from her. She had started a nasty habit of taking things (clothes, trash, etc..) and running away with it. If you catch her and try to take it, she will not ...

Gbeagle, thanks for the input.

Does everyone here feel Frontline is a good product. Do you think Advantix or Advantage is better?

Wow!!! I think I found my new supplier. I only have one dog. She is 28 lbs. If I get the bigger tubes for big dawgs, how many cc's do I give her per month?

Thanks for your help.
