Don't waste your money on this system I bought the 1800 and COULDN'T get 3/10 of a mile range. I returned mine and bought another TriTronics.

I bought mine from Ken Carnsew he's in Cortland Ohio 330-637-5118.I bought a three dog box with top storage for 400 great guy to deal with.

I recently bought a sport dog 1800 I couldnt even get 300 yards out of a 3/4 of a mile system, dont waste your money.

I bought a Sport dog unit from them in Janurary and wasn't happy with it. I sent it back on March 29 and they are giving me a full refund towards a TriTronics. I recommend them for your dog supply needs.

I just got off the phone with Bill Boatman co. they are giving me a FULL refund towards a TriTronics. I fullly recomend them for any dog supplies.

I talked to BILL BOATMAN I send the unit back for an adjustment on a TriTronics today. we will see what they say if I dont get taken too badly I will trade in on a TriTronics if not I will send back to sportdog to get fixed. huntin fool, I talked with Gary of Sport dog today and told him how unhappy I was with this system. he assured me to send it back and the problem would be taken care of, I'm really not expecting much from them, because they sell this stuff in the first place. I have three collars and they all get the same range, they even sent out a new transmitter and a collar and the range was still the same.
