Thanks...I hadn't thought of that. Is this something they can grow into at age six? He was fine at five.

Our beagle displays odd breathing, but it's not consistent. He tends to hyperventilate when he gets excited, but that's not what I'm talking about. At night, he will simply be lying down, and he sounds as if he is gasping for air. He snores quite loudly when he's asleep. And yet...this does not happ...
