Re: Victor Dog Food
Victor dog food is A1 in my book. I feed the red bag and dogs look great and run great. I feed less and have to clean up less. It is a win win but I pay $35 for a 40lb bag.

How many rabbits has your dog run?
Just wondering if people could guess how many rabbits one of their dogs has run. I love to run more than gun now. But still take few for the pot.

Re: Best Guns
I personally can not comment on the 28ga because I do not own one. I do on the other hand own several 20ga shotguns. Due to the current factory produced ammo I feel that the 20ga is the more versatile gun. I own a m1 20ga that fits me like a glove and has killed a little of everything and a lot rabb...

Re: CZ Cottontail
Thanks I noticed the trigger is stif on the one I have. It looks like it has not been shot much so I may need to break it in. It really looks new but just no box. It shoots good and no kick for how light it is. Rabbits will hate me.

CZ Cottontail
Does any one own a cottontail and if so how do you like it? I bought a 410 and plan to hunt with it a little and hope it works.

Re: Hunt Cottontail or Snoeshoe Hare?
I have not run hare but have heard it is a blast. From what I understand it is like running the deer version of a bunny. I know that swampers were not an option but they are great fun to run and also test the skills of your dog. Of the two options I have to say cotton tail because that is all I have...

Re: Moore County NC
I back Lee and his club. His kennel partner Otis beat me in the NC little pack state hunt this year and it was as fun as it can be when you come up 15 points short. Both Lee and Otis are great guys and run a straight up club. They have great places to run with plenty of rabbits. I live in Greensboro...
