Re: Dogs that hunt hard but dont produce...
You cant have desire for something until you know what you want or in this case what your looking for. Does'nt really matter like chicken and egg debate bottomline is do you like the dog.

Re: Most dominating performance you have witnessed??
i always felt like if you or your dog was good enough others would be doing your bragging for you. There are several people who can not make a post on a subject like this without pumping their own dogs. When i see this i think dog jockey not houndsman. I heard that story before about a dog that coul...

Some beaglers
When things dont work out all they want to do is blame the stud dog or bloodline. Never has anything to do with the way they trained or didnt train the pup. It maybe that it just was not a good cross it happens. Ones person mouthing things like this can tear down what it took one man years to build ...

Re: Taurus Judge ?
Rossi make a 410 with an eleven inch barrel, I took the sights off that comes with it and put a shotgun bead up front eaiser to find a moving target ,shoots great also come with a 22 barrel. Cheaper than the above mentioned guns and from what I hear will out shoot the judges at a distance.

Re: rabbit dog VS trial dog
I tell you one difference, its the selling price. People pay big money for a good trial hound but don't want to pay anything for a good rabbitdog. What ever you want to call them , if they can't do it alone or contribute to the pack they will do it somewhere else.

Re: For Arguements SAKE, Most Consistant hound line, OPINION
Bramletts, most are rabbit dogs with hunt, line and good mouths, and yes that black and tan seals the deal with me. I know there are other good strains out there but I mostly rabbit hunt and pleasure run and these hounds can get the job done.
