In ohio when can run in the summer on privet land all year but from may 1st to august 31 you cant run on state land. The state does have some dog training areas that you can run during that time thought.

I don't know what you are looking for but if you mix one part alcohol one part vinegar two parts water and Alabama John told me to add a little iodine.
