Re: Who else has been conned into an order by LCS
Ok! Nuff said! I don't want to say much about where I worked, but in our work jargon, what LCS did was just to send a balloon to generate interest. Where I worked, we would leak info, but just enough to generate interest and gauge the people opinion on that little leak info. If it would generate lot...

Re: Who else has been conned into an order by LCS
I am in no way trying to ruin LCS. I say their customer relations skills need to be at the least honed. Mistakes exist to be made and corrected. I don't know about others, but if I had made a mistake like that my priority would have been to inform potential clients ofthe mistake. As previously state...

Re: Who else has been conned into an order by LCS
Dan, I am sure that someone will be in touch with you. While it was our mistake and Garmin does dictate prices strictly, I can't believe that you actually spoke to some one about this and was told nothing at all can be done. That is completely opposite of what LCS stands for... I hope you remember ...

Re: Who else has been conned into an order by LCS
If you are expecting a price, then you see a different price at the "checkout counter", wouldn't you get in touch with someone to see what was up? Add was for summer pricing. You think (me anyway) that price will be adjusted accordingly at check out time. Credit cards payments are taken at the time...

Re: Who else has been conned into an order by LCS
How stupid is it to return it? Obviously if I ordered the collar it was because I needed it! It is just the principle of it. Here in Canada, merchant honour pricing mistake and won't hide behind lame excuses such as, "garmin controls the prices" garmin may do but they have no control over stupidity ...

Who else has been conned into an order by LCS
After receiving my Better Beagling issue for July and seeing the LCS add on spare TT10 collars for only 229.99', I put in an order for another alpha 100 to back my unit and collar combo for 799.00 and an extra collar for 299.99 expecting the price would be adjusted to reflect the price in not one bu...

Re: anyone use dog supplyments
I feed taste of the wild brand (fowls) and supplement it with 2 sardines every day and once a week an egg. Seems to do the job for me. Very healthy dogs that have no quit!

Re: guys with dog trailers step in
Works real good! thanks. Still have to build the shield in the front and a few other things like lights in the boxes and caged area (LED lighting is cheap) but being into trial season it is hard to work on trailer while on the road. Hopefully, it will look better next spring. stay tuned!

Re: guys with dog trailers step in
Mine is still a work in progress. Actually, had it on its first trial last week end. Still lots to do, but you will get an idea. Oh, because I did not wan the dogs being bounced around, I elected to use Rockwell axles, to obtained idependant suspension on the trailer, and I shoed it with 16" tires f...
