If I am reading thing correctly, and I may not be, it's me after all...lol but it seems that the problem many are having is the number of dogs being able to be sold a year and the number of litters being whelped.
I'm I correct on this?

Brian, until Doc S and get back to you on this, you can start by washing mom down with some dishwashing detergetn, Joy, Dawn, etc and the pups. Then to keep fleas off, temporarily you could spray them down with skin so soft. (Avon product) just not on the teats.
