Re: Where does shyness come from?
I like to buy dogs in pairs as puppies or get one that is 6-9 mos old that has been raised with litter mates! They are close with each other and seem to have confidence in theirselves. If they are still shy by the time they are 9-12 mos old, you better get use to it or cull them as I don't beleive t...

Re: SNOWED IN!!!!!
Have you guys ever thought that something might have been wrong with your ancesters for staying up North! All they had to do was migrate down south to no snow and warmer temps! I spent three years in South Dakato, that was enough for me! I don't think i'll ever cross the mason/dixon line again! I ho...

Re: Rubber hunting boot
I am wearing a pair of Muck Boots. I've had them two years and they are great! The upper is a kind of foam insulated material that you can fold down and wear like a half boot or put your pants cuff in them and roll the top up over you pants. They slip on and off real easy. They bottom says Muck Boot...

Re: Building Running Pens
Thanks for the info: I have got to live with the trees as they are big and worth a lot of money and will be ready to cut in 5 or 6 years! It will be a different ball game after we cut every thing down to about 12"-15". Lost of tops and brush. For now I have to grow around the edges and under the can...

Building Running Pens
I am thinking about building a running pen! I have about 25 acres that has 30% open hay field, 10% 8 year old Pines (fairly open under them) and 60% pine, hardwood mix (just thinned and cleaned of thrash trees) What I am wondering is what do I need to do to it to make it best for the rabbits? Do I g...
