I use the heated bowls with plastic buckets sitting in them. I add water to the bowl for the bucket to sit in and the dogs drink from the bucket. Cheap and holds up even in harsh weather.

Mine got it a couple of weeks ago just yards from my house. It did a good number on him. Luckily he pulled through, but I am still finding scars on the poor guy that I had missed before. Everybody needs to run with caution and watch dogs closely at home.

Took these boys out with a large pack of dogs they'd never met before in a new running spot. Ran these two again today. They did very well. Had a chance to run off game, but paid no attention to the running possum as they ran it over in search of a rabbit track. Also paid no attention to the deer as they ran through the woods.

They are a sweet piece of technology. Mine paid for itself quickly and has made a day with the dogs a lot more laid back. Glad you got the little girl in time. Its stories like these that sell Garmins.
