I have hunted her twice and when she lifts it she don't put it back down she will run the race with it tucked up

I have a three year old that is new to me and when she runs for a couple of hours she starts holding her front leg up and won't put any weight on it and I can't find anything wrong the next day she will be bouncing around. Got any advice what is wrong with her? Thanks.
