Keegan and I attended 15" females on Saturday; what a great day! The judges did a fantastic job putting the winners pack together....and boy did that pack scream! I believe you are asking, how old is too old. All you have to do is try. It will take some work, but you will be the judge on how the dog is doing. Beagles are an amazing breed. They know what they are bred to do. They are smart....well most of them. Take the dog out, have a shock collar on him/her ...

I agree with Lone Pine Beagles. Feed the same amount, unless you see a drop in her weight.

Today, my son Keegan and his dog Jiffy won 1st place in Homer, MI. Wonderful day. All the running, caring for and everything that goes along with it is so worth the time. Finally its happening!
